Workster is partnering with a leading global outsourcing provider to recruit a Romanian Customer Advisor for a full-time on-site position in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will deliver excellent, customer-focused service to Romanian-speaking clients across phone, email and chat channels. You will resolve enquiries, identify customer needs, promote appropriate products and services, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.
You will join a multicultural team in a fast-paced contact-centre environment, contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting team targets.
Your Role
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Romanian via phone, email and chat, providing clear, professional and timely support Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services while prioritising the customer’s best interests Process routine transactions, service requests and account updates following internal procedures and compliance standards Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant solutions in line with commercial objectives and quality standards Maintain accurate case notes and update CRM systems with interaction details, follow-ups and outcomes Escalate complex or sensitive issues to specialised teams and collaborate with colleagues to achieve timely resolutions Contribute to team KPIs and support a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity Take part in training, quality assurance and calibration sessions to keep knowledge and performance at high standards Your Qualifications Native or near-native Romanian (C2) and good command of English for internal communication and reporting (at least B2) Previous experience in customer service, contact-centre, retail or related roles is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, customer-focused manner Good numerical literacy and attention to detail to handle transactions and adhere to compliance processes Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard office tools; quick to learn new platforms Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment Strong problem-solving skills, resilience and a collaborative mindset Eligibility to work in Greece and willingness to work rotational shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends The Offer Full-time position based in Athens, Greece (on-site) with competitive salary aligned to experience Rotational shifts to provide coverage across peak periods, including evenings and weekends as required Paid training and structured onboarding with ongoing coaching and quality feedback Modern office facilities, ergonomic workstation and equipment provided Comprehensive benefits package in line with Greek labour law and additional perks where applicable Supportive, multicultural team environment with opportunities for career progression Mental health and wellbeing support and access to employee assistance resources Continuous training and professional development programmes to expand skills and responsibilities
