F&D Supervisor

To supervise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient service delivery, compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and achievement of departmental revenue and quality targets. Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage team during assigned shifts Ensure smooth operation of restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and other F&B outlets Monitor service standards and ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational requirements Ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are completed correctly Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Allocate duties and monitor team member productivity throughout shifts Train new team members on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food and beverage products Reduce wastage through effective stock control and portion management Ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory transactions Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly Minimum Requirements Education O'level certificate Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is advantageous.

Experience 2-3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage operation At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred Experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
