Program Manager (QIDP) – Home Reach / Redwood Family Care Network Work Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho Department: Residential Classification: Exempt Schedule: As assigned, with rotating on-call responsibilities Home Reach, part of Redwood Family Care Network, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional – QIDP) to oversee residential services and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavioral support programs. Supervise, train, and support House Managers and direct support staff. Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements, state and federal regulations, and agency policies.

Oversee quality service delivery and participant safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services required. Must meet QIDP qualifications under 42 CFR 483.430(a). Minimum of 2 years of professionally supervised experience working with the population served. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. CPR/First Aid certification and successful completion of required background checks.
