Performance & Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and energetic Performance & Recovery Specialist (PRS) to join our team on the mountain, working directly with ski instructors, ski patrol, and staff to promote health, job performance, and injury prevention. This hands-on role focuses on evaluating movement patterns, providing proactive care, and offering on-the-spot guidance in a one-on-one setting to keep our team safe and strong throughout the season.

It's an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise working with clients with your love of the mountain environment! This position provides safe and effective training and instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others. Provides up-to-date quality training and compassion to ski resort employees in order to optimize job performance, longevity, and satisfaction.

Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards. You do not need to recruit clients. Employees are eager to sign up for sessions with you and your services will be greatly appreciated. You do not need to deal with billing or insurance. The service is covered by the employer. Location Park City, UT (Deer Valley) Hours and Pay Two weekdays and one weekend day, 4:00-6:00 PM for a total of 6 hours.

Other Functions and Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned May provide educational sessions as requested by resort May attend events to introduce and promote wellness program Complete charts for one-on-one sessions Uphold emergency protocols Complete monthly timesheets Attend and participate in company meetings and trainings Qualifications DPT/MPT in Physical Therapy, MS in Athletic Training, or Licensed Massage Therapist Current license in corresponding profession (Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or Massage Therapy) Current professional liability insurance Current CPR/AED certification Thank you for your interest and we look forward to having you join our team!
