Case Manager
Job description
Catholic Charities, Geauga County Office, is seeking mission driven candidates to join our team as a Self Sufficiency Case Manager in our Self Sufficiency Program. In this role you will be responsible for linking clients to needed resources within the community.
Qualified candidates will possess an associates or bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidate will also have some knowledge of Geauga County and surrounding county resources.
