The Role We are seeking a skilled ML/AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will design, build and deploy machine learning systems that deliver real value to our clients. This is a hands on role requiring both technical depth and the ability to understand business problems. You will work embedded with client teams, translating requirements into production grade solutions.
Requirements
What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines for classification, NLP and computer vision use cases
- Build conversational AI systems using Lang. Chain, Lang. Graph and large language model APIs
- Develop RAG pipelines for document processing and knowledge retrieval
- Deploy models to production environments with proper monitoring and observability
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements and success metrics
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests and model evaluations to validate hypotheses
- Write clean, tested and well documented code
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
- Strong Python skills with experience in scikit-learn, Py. Torch or Tensor. Flow
- Hands on experience with Lang. Chain and Lang. Graph (required)
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts including embeddings, transformers and retrieval
- Familiarity with MLOps practices: versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or ChromaDB
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field Nice to Have
- Contributions to open source ML projects
