Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and engineering standards to support safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective operations. This role is responsible for capital and expense planning, manufacturing process optimization, plant layouts, new product introductions, engineering change implementation, standard work and process documentation, automation and technology evaluation, and the leadership and development of the manufacturing engineering team.
