Job Description Executive / Senior Executive – Finance (AP & AR) Location: Pune | Viman Nagar Department: Finance & Accounts Experience Required: 3–6 Years Industry Preference: IT / IT Services About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive / Senior Executive to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and basic finance and accounting operations. Candidates with experience in the IT or IT services industry and working knowledge of Zoho applications will be preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to contribute ideas for process improvements, including understanding basic AI-driven integrations and automation concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and within timelines Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and payment records Accounts Receivable (AR) Track customer invoices and collections Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain aging reports Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing and reconciliations Finance & Accounting Operations Support day-to-day accounting activities and financial record maintenance Assist in monthly reconciliations and MIS reporting Ensure compliance with company finance processes and documentation standards Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements Process Improvement & Automation Understand and support basic AI-enabled integrations and automation workflows Suggest innovative ideas to improve finance processes and operational efficiency Contribute proactively toward digital and process transformation initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts Strong exposure to AP and AR processes Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations Experience in the IT / IT services industry preferred Working knowledge of Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Basic understanding of AI concepts and integrations preferred
