Acute Respite Care Nurse

Carecor Health Services is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a specialized healthcare setting. In this role, you will support a 24/7 short-term medical respite program that offers individuals experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, or social isolation a safe and supportive environment to recover from acute medical conditions, illness, injury, or surgery.

The program also includes four dedicated beds for individuals recovering from transition-related surgeries, ensuring compassionate and specialized care throughout their recovery journey.
