Sr. Project Manager - Paving & Asphalt Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager - Paving & Asphalt to support growth in Ferrandino & Son’s established Paving & Asphalt Division. This role blends technical expertise with a strong operations mindset, focusing on building client relationships, delivering and executing new business, and driving revenue growth while ensuring excellence in project execution.

As the subject matter expert this leader will oversee day to day client management, operational oversight of estimating through successful completion of paving/asphalt projects nationwide and business expansion strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of both closing deals and delivering operational results.
