House Person

Job Description: As a House Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests and staff. This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, supporting the overall operations of the establishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, to established standards of cleanliness. * Assist in setting up and tearing down meeting rooms, event spaces, or guest areas as required, including moving furniture and equipment. * Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to appropriate disposal areas. * Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, or reporting larger maintenance issues to appropriate personnel. * Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for assistance or additional amenities.

• Transport linens, supplies, and equipment as needed throughout the property. * Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Job Qualifications * Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role is a plus. * Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
