Quay, Trane, and York Perform preventative maintenance, system overhauls, emergency repairs, refrigerant conversions, installation of new equipment, and ASHRAE-15 plant upgrades Support clients across industries including: Hospitals Biotech Defense Hotels Retail Industrial manufacturing Property management Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience (preferred) Experience working with: Centrifugal chillers Screw chillers Reciprocating chillers Universal Refrigerant Certification Journeyman License Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time About Us: Central Tech Services (CTS), A Fidelity Company, are experts in central plant chiller services, overhauls, and upgrades of all brands, including Carrier, Daikin/Mc.
