Part time Security Officer

Job Title: Part time Security Officer Company: IronRock Security Location: Red Bank, NJ Pay Rate: $17-17.75/hour

SHIFTS 3-11pm

Position Overview: IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officerto oversee security operations in the Central Jersey Area in Red Bank, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience withaccess control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

• Previous security experience required
• Access control experience required
• Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17-17.75/hour

• Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours
