Job description
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients for secured loan products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners like DSAs and real estate agents.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide clients with information on new products and services.
- Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Loan Processing & Documentation
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal of loans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for product enhancements. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
