Human Resources Manager - Bingo

The HR Manager serves as the senior Human Resources leader for Muckleshoot Indian Bingo (MIB), providing operational oversight and organizational leadership across all HR disciplines. Under general administrative direction, this role aligns human capital strategy with business objectives and leads to the implementation and execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

The position oversees employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, compliance, and HR operations, while leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen workforce effectiveness, engagement, and retention. The HR Manager also leads the continued transformation of the HR function by evaluating current practices, improving processes, strengthening team effectiveness,
