As a Co-op Student at Bronte Construction, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining firsthand experience in the field while contributing to real-world infrastructure projects. Your Role
As a Co-op Student, you will support various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to on-site execution. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Assisting in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation Supporting site managers in overseeing daily construction activities on jobsite Conducting safety checks and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations Participating in pre-construction meetings, contract reviews, and team planning sessions Assisting with quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications Learning to work with consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related Co-op Program.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic knowledge of construction tools, software, or techniques is an asset, but not required. Own vehicle, Full G Driver's License Willingness to travel or work out of town, if required.
