Massage Therapist - Part-Time Scottsdale AZ

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa team at the beautiful Scottsdale Camelback Resort. This is a staff position with flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM � 7:00 PM, seven days a week. New graduates are welcome, and a dual cosmetology license is a plus (but not required).

As a Massage Therapist, you�ll deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing 50 and 75-minute massage services, tailoring each session to meet individual guest needs, and creating a calming, rejuvenating atmosphere that keeps guests returning. What You�ll Do Perform professional massage treatments by appointment (50/75 minutes) Consult with guests to understand wellness goals and physical needs Maintain detailed client histories and assess areas of tension or discomfort Recommend appropriate techniques, stretches, and follow-up care Create a tranquil, welcoming spa environment Educate guests on service options and encourage future bookings Adjust pressure and technique based on guest feedback What We�re Looking For Current LMT license in good standing Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (18�29 hours per week) Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences New graduates encouraged to apply!
