Occupational Therapist Assistant - COTA

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health therapy team . This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting , helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and restore daily function after illness, injury, or surgery. 💼 What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments in home health settings under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility Assist in improving strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence Deliver care focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and quality of life improvement Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams 🔍 What We’re Looking For Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Home health or skilled nursing facility experience preferred Experience with Home.

Care Home. Base (HCHB) preferred but not required 💪 Physical Requirements Ability to perform hands-on patient care in home environments Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb as needed Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs ❤️ Why Join Us?
