Class A Level 1 Floater-Charlotte Area

BEST Dedicated is looking to hire Class A CDL drivers in the Charlotte area for our exclusive Floater Level 1 roles within the fleet! Must have switcher experience. We are looking for the very BEST, for these opportunities, offering $280.00 per day! Drivers will be covering local loads for the Charlotte surrounding areas for a variety of positions that need to be covered on Dedicated accounts/lanes.

Drivers must have switching experience and should possess a 3-year clean driving record with no license restrictions. We are looking for drivers with versatility, and the ability and willingness to perform any route ( Switcher, Dump Trailer, Flatbed, Van, Tanker) as needed by Operations. Must be able to do switcher work.

This position involves primarily home daily runs. Typically set to be Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends as well for our Concord, NC customer. Start times for this position will vary, of course, with advance communication from Operations on the particular account you are covering. There will be a daily pay if no work is available, so this position DOES come with a guarantee .

This position will have a daily pay of $280.00 per day with reimbursement for travel if the account starts outside of our Charlotte area terminals. If an account's hourly pay exceeds the daily $280/Day set pay, you will be compensated accordingly in this floater role. Must be able to drive both manual and automatic trucks.
