We're Hiring! Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | New Graduates Welcome! About the Position We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team! Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate starting your career, we welcome you to apply.

Schedule & Compensation Regular Schedule: Two Days Per Week Choose any two days between Monday and Thursday. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. One-hour lunch break. Daily rate: $544–$600 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Optional Friday Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Up to 6 hours per shift. Hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications. Friday shifts are completely optional and are not required.

Job Responsibilities

Provide preventive dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance. Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive dental care. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation. Follow infection control protocols and applicable California dental regulations.

Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

& Requirements Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to patient-centered care.
