Job Developer

The Job Developer is responsible for developing employer relationships to identify job opportunities for individuals receiving Supported Employment services and address employer needs. This position markets skills and strengths of job seekers while utilizing specific sales approaches and negotiation skills to meet quarterly job placement goals.
