Ensure all Logistics Forklift Drivers licences are current and training is up to date Process all month end stock counts into Oracle Capture and invoice shuttle truck orders into Oracle Flag POD’s back into Oracle with Jungle loads ex Maitland Internal Requisitions – generate into Oracle system, print picking slip and thereafter print delivery note Receipt RMA’s into Oracle Capture daily transporter loads onto excel spreadsheet GRV logistic invoices into Oracle once PO has been raised, job completed and authorized by Logistics Manager Process all free stock and donation orders for Jungle Oats Capturing and invoicing of by-products received from the factory Submit invoices to shared services for processing and payment In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
