Job Skills / Requirements Position Details: We’re hiring experienced Security Officers for corporate locations Pay : $18/hour Sign-On Bonus : $500 (ONLY Alliance New Hires are Eligible, Restrictions Apply) Location : Premier commercial properties in Stamford, CT Schedules: Full Time & Weekends Shifts: Day, Afternoon, Overnight Responsibilities: Maintain a strong and visible presence to ensure safety and security.

Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions, inquiries, and general assistance. Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols. Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed. Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year Security Officer experience Valid CT Security Guard License that will not expire within 3 months Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively Demonstrate high level customer service skills, including the ability to professionally handle difficult situations Ability to stand and patrol outside, no matter the weather or temperature Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift and carry heavy objects when required Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility towards ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in security or guest services will be an advantage #SR1 Certification Requirements (All) Connecticut Security Guard License CT Security Guard License Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability, 401K/403b Plan, Special Incentive Plans
