Job description
As the Independent Living (IL) Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing IL staff; ensuring high-quality, consumer-directed service delivery; maintaining compliance with grant, regulatory, and agency requirements; and planning for the continued growth and development of IL programs. The position monitors current and emerging community needs, funding opportunities, regulations, and trends to support responsive and sustainable programming.
The IL Program Manager works collaboratively with the leadership team to advance SEMCIL’s mission, strategic priorities, and long-term goals.
