• Member satisfaction --- Position Summary The Restaurant Manager oversees all food and beverage service operations, including staff scheduling, training, and daily front-of-house supervision. This role ensures service standards are consistently met while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. A strong floor presence is essential to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and exceed members’ expectations. The role also includes leading team meetings and fostering a positive, professional workplace culture. --- Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Banquet Captain, and Director of Catering
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing and service flow
• Schedule, train, and supervise front-of-house staff
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and overall ambiance
• Lead pre-shift and departmental meetings
• Manage dining room and event floor plans based on reservations
• Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); attend weekly BEO meetings
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Audit POS system for accuracy and efficiency
• Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Support staff development, recognition, and performance reviews
• Promote club events and maintain strong member relationships
• Assist with service as needed (serving, bussing, seating, etc.)
• Perform additional duties as assigned --- Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (club, hotel, or resort preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service
• Familiarity with local liquor laws
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) --- Core Competencies
