What You’ll Do as a Client Services Manager:

• Deliver Exceptional Service – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability.
• Manage & Coordinate Care – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination.
• Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Grow & Expand– Manage and proactivelyincrease your caseload to help more clients in need.
• Collaborate & Lead– Partner with Clinical Managers to providesupport and supervision to field employees.
• Monitor Performance– Oversee key metrics and ensure efficientfiscal management of your caseload.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
• Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
