DEPARTMENT: TRAINING REPORTS TO: TRAINING MANAGER

OVERVIEW

The Training Coordinator serves the Training Manager in accomplishing departmental goals. This position is responsible for maintaining the Encore University Brand and working with Human Resources, Project Resources and Safety to accomplish interdepartmental goals.

General Responsibilities Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships. Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed.
