• LPN # Part Time-Night Shift# 6:30p-6:30a-Req 9758 Pay Range $26.48-$31.83*+ Sign on bonus eligible Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the assisted living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility#s mission. Please see our requirements below.

Qualifications

Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse. #Current BCLS Certification. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
