Part-Time Field Service Technician (Raleigh, NC)

What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field Complete service calls independently and document work clearly Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle Represent the company professionally at customer locations What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred) Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, accountable, and professional Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable Transportation to use for Routes Technical Expectations Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment (dolly, pallet jack, etc.)
