Director of Practice Finance - Operations Controller

Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a multi-service medical practice, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, physician compensation, internal controls, and financial analysis. Develops and analyzes financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Oversees monthly financial close, accounts payable, banking, compliance, and billing/collection performance while working closely with management, department leaders, physicians, board members, and external financial advisors. Requires strong healthcare accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Position is onsite-full time, some weekend and evening work required as needed.
