F.O.H./Team lead

Oversees daily restaurant operations, leads service staff and drive-thru operators, and drives guest satisfaction . This role focuses on team building, customer service, scheduling, training, and maintaining health and safety compliance to ensure a profitable and smooth-running operation. Core Responsibilities: Operations & Service: Manage fast-paced daily shifts, ensure speed and accuracy, and maintain high hospitality standards.

Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate servers and front-line staff using servant leadership principles. Guest Relations: Handle customer feedback and resolve guest concerns to create memorable dining experiences. Administration: Handle staff scheduling, monitor service quality, and support financial and profit goals.
