Cook food using grilling, frying, saut�ing, and other methods. Complete daily prep lists and assigned kitchen tasks. Label, date, store, and rotate food products properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards. Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Report safety concerns and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of kitchen/prep cook experience or culinary school training. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions.

Work around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
