Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional in Chicago, IL! Seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Accompany individuals on daily walks, promoting physical activity and well-being. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a sense of belonging and community. Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry skills, and household chores Teach and demonstrate healthy boundaries when using cell phone/social media We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.

DSP Must be flexible in schedule changes. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. This position consists of working 1:1 with an individual who has an intellectual disability in their family home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.
