JD for Shift Incharge (Weld Shop) Education – BE/Btech in Mechanical/Production Engineering Location – Kharkhoda Experience – 2 – 7 Years Position – AM/DM Roles & Responsibilities

1. Planning and management of 130 workmen, 13 supervisors and 2 area incharges in weld body shop 1. 2.Process Improvement by analysing the issues and countermeasures to enhance Safety/Quality/Productivity.
2. Administrative control of team, Manpower Management, Manpower Training, Skill Upgradation
3. Production & Quality Target Achievement & Loss Recovery
4. Hands on Experience on Line, Part loading Sequence, Line Data management,
5. Efficiency analysis and continuous Improvement (KAIZEN)
6. Training of new supervisors and workmen
7. Defect analysis and countermeasures
8. Safety, Production, Quality and cost (KPI) Target Achievement 9. 10.Emergency and loss recovery planning capability
9. Direct and indirect consumables consumption optimization Functional/Technical:
10. In-depth knowledge of welding jigs/Safety Checks/Quality checks
11. In-depth Knowledge of spot-welding process/parameter control
12. In-depth Knowledge of Robot teaching/programming of Fanuc and Kawasaki robots, Hands on Experience on Spot Reteaching, Sealer application teaching
13. Detailed Knowledge of prevailing and latest quality systems to maintain weld body quality
14. Knowledge of body accuracy analysis and body fit and finish
15. Detailed Door line and white body line Knowledge

• Hemming Sealer application and hemming process in doors
