About Our Schools Founded in 1999, Odyssey Charter School (K�12) and Odyssey Preparatory Academy (K�5) are Cognia-accredited public charter schools serving approximately 2,400 students from Preschool through Grade 12 across two campuses on Florida's Space Coast.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction Create a positive, structured classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Use student data to inform instruction Communicate effectively with families Integrate health, wellness, and character education into instruction Participate in professional development and school initiatives Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a related field
• Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility for Florida certification through reciprocity Teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to whole-child education; Montessori experience a plus Certification & Relocation Support We support both local and relocating educators and offer:
