Logistics Management Specialist

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Missions Systems, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will be serving as a Deputy Assistant Program Manager (DAPML) and will support the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office

• PMA 213.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Develop and implement product support and maintenance concepts/requirements for assigned systems to achieve program goals and objectives with minimum life cycle cost;
2. Determine best approach in planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture;
3. Critically evaluate the causes of support related problems, and choose appropriate courses of action that balance the interests of the program mission and the stakeholders:
4. Establish a robust total cost of ownership effort and develop affordable readiness initiatives, where appropriate, to reduce life-cycle costs;
5. As required, identify Sustainment Program Baseline (SPB) requirements.
