Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our premium resort located in Bekal, Kerala. The ideal candidate must currently be serving as a Duty Manager or have held this position for at least one year in a resort environment. This opportunity is positioned as a lateral move, offering professional growth without a hierarchical shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. Coordinate between various departments to maintain high service standards. Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor staff performance and support team members in meeting service goals. Maintain compliance with resort policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist in staff training and development initiatives. Candidate Requirements Current or prior experience as a Duty Manager in a resort setting for a minimum of 1 year. This role is a parallel transition, not a step-down or significant promotion. Strong preference for candidates from reputed hotel and resort brands such as Evolve Back, Mahindra Holidays, Sterling Holidays, or similar.
Must be willing to relocate to Bekal, Kasaragod District, Kerala.
