Responsibilities

includes operating a continuous ice cream freezer and associated equipment in an ambient environment. A Freezer Operator is responsible for the proper assembly and setup of the Mix Transfer Lines, Flavor Vats, Fruit Feeder and Varigator used in the manufacture of frozen dessert products in a cGMP compliant environment.

Responsibilities

also include adherence to Master Batch Record materials requirements and quality control documentation in Ice Cream processing operations to produce Ice Cream products that consistently meet specifications.
