From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Controlling Specialist Main responsibilities: Analyze the discrepancies between the prepared budget and the actual company expenses and revenues.

Design qualitative and quantitative company indicators to enable monitoring and facilitate decision-making. Monitor the budget for the availability of structural orders. Manage the disposal and proper allocation of obsolete packaging and containers. Verify the consistency of information and ensure the correct allocation of company expenses and revenues to each area.

6Analyze the consistency of departmental budgets and propose suggestions and alternatives for improvement. Request the necessary information from different departments for preparing budgets or monthly closings. Request assistance from the Information Systems Department to resolve issues in other departments. Cooperate with other departments to address their questions regarding procedures.

Collaborate with the Information Systems Department in proposing and overseeing new developments following a request or analysis of a need.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling / audit roles. Bachelor´s degree on Economics, Finance or similar.Valuable Master degree in Business. High level of English. Demonstrable analitical skills, communication skills, ability to manage in a dynamic environment. Availability to travel if needed due to business reason.
