Must have skills * Technical Expertise Microsoft Power Platform: In-depth knowledge of Power. Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for designing and implementing scalable solutions. CRM Technologies: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM, and an understanding of all CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)

End-to-End Solution Design: Ability to design and architect CRM solutions, including data modeling, entity design, and security models. Integration and Data Management: Expertise in integrating D365 CRM with other systems, data migration, and ensuring data integrity. Project Management and Leadership Client Engagement and Communication Mentorship and Development * Good to have Technical Skills Web Technologies: Proficiency in technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, SOAP, REST.

Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts, data analysis, and design within an SDLC environment.
