Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse performs and provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Assists the Unit Manager and Supervisor with ensuring continuity of care between the shifts. The LPN is also responsible for supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and other supportive staff members working on the nursing unit.
Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
