What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional, brand led customer experiences through confident storytelling and product expertise Act as a role model for standards, behaviours and selling excellence on the shop floor Support the Store and Assistant Manager by coaching and encouraging team performance Lead by example during busy periods, helping the team stay focused, energised and customer first.
