Bone Dry Roofingis seeking a driven and professional Sales. Representative to join our growing team in our Fort Wayne, Indiana market location. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field traveling to local appointments in a company-provided vehicle, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences.

This position requires working sales appointments in the local market. Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed.

Industry experience is not required. To be considered, candidates must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights to access the customers roofing needs, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
