Security Manager

Job Summary** **The Head of Security is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. This role oversees incident management, coordinates external security personnel, and maintains direct communication with senior management and external authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage, resolve, and report any incidents to senior leadership and executive management.
• Maintain direct communication with law enforcement authorities when necessary.
• Handle and manage situations that may arise both inside and outside the facilities.
• Lead and coordinate contracted external security personnel.
• Maintain direct and ongoing communication with General Management.
