Associate Attorney - Litigation

What You’ll Do Maintain an organized case docket and consistently meet all court, client, and internal deadlines. Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance Take and defend depositions Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy and participate in trial Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of litigation experience Active Colorado bar license Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline Experience in commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus We value attorneys who are dependable, proactive, and committed to producing work that reflects care, precision, and accountability.

Compensation

& Benefits Salary Range - $145,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience) Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
