Maintenance Technician - HVAC certified

Position: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is key to ensuring resident satisfaction and the smooth operation of our apartment community.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Perform preventative maintenance across units and common areas. Complete “make-ready” tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents. Ensure the property’s curb appeal by maintaining exterior areas and lighting. Respond promptly to resident service requests and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

HVAC certification required. Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi-family housing. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills.
