Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Essential High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to read a ruler and tape measure. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Preferred Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
