Customer Service Representative

Description Location: Full-time, Onsite, San Jose, CA The Customer Service Representative in San Jose will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Job Release and Production: Release jobs to production, schedule follow-ups, and promptly update customers, ensuring needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
2. Pick-Up and Delivery Coordination: Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery requests, facilitating the smooth movement of products and materials to and from clients.
3. Departmental Coordination: Work closely with related departments to track job statuses and coordinate deliveries, ensuring customers are always well-informed.
4. Communication Hub: You will manage office phone calls and handle order-related emails, serving as a central point of contact for customers, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
5. Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred, as this will allow effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (preferred). Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Receive customer orders via email and accurately prepare and enter job information for production Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Previous customer service or order processing experience preferred.
