Mat Pilates Instructor

At FIT we deliver more than just workouts - we create luxury wellness experiences that empower our members to look, move, and feel their best. We’re looking for an inspiring and motivating Mat Pilates Instructor who can deliver high-quality, safe, and effective Pilates classes to a diverse clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Class Delivery * Lead engaging and challenging Mat Pilates classes for all fitness levels * Instruct proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement patterns * Modify exercises as needed to ensure safety and inclusivity * Set up and tidy up studio spaces before and after classes * Provide excellent customer service and build positive member relationships * Promote class attendance and contribute to member retention * Stay current with fitness trends and continuing education in Pilates * Collaborate with other instructors and FIT staff to create a supportive team environment QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Certification in Mat Pilates from a recognized training program (e.
