Diesel Mechanic - Fremont, NE

Trans Alliance LLC, is a full service transportation company that specializes in hauling of bulk and palletized freight with a fleet of 55 trucks and 150 trailers. We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on Peterbilt Tractors with Paccar Diesel engines, 53' Utility Dry Vans, and Pacer Bulk Trailers.

***W ork Schedule will be Monday thru Friday

• Weekends as needed*RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems on class 8 tractors Perform repairs as needed or directed Preventative maintenance on equipment Complete necessary paperwork on equipment and work performed Maintain clean and safe work environment Ensure completed work meets federal and state codes/regulations Work collaboratively with other Technicians to evaluate and repair equipment Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor Prefer candidates with actual semi-truck repair experience. Pay to be determined by experience and qualifications. CDL (Class A) is a plus. Regular overtime available** We offer a competitive pay rate based on experience.
